[vlc] recommendation improvement

Hi,

 

i'd like to help to improve the vlc player but i can't programming.

Also I wanted to asked if you can add a option which allows to associate
files with the vlc player.

 

I think this is one of the little things which misses the vlc player.

Instead of this is the vlc player the best player I ever had :-)

 

I hope my suggestion is doable
