[vlc] Sound problem at VLC

Hello,

I have the new version vlc on my notebook.
I can play my video but I have no sound.
Also I have no sound at my mp3.

At the Windfows Media Player it´s all ok.

I uninstalled VLC and new installed it.
But the problem is the same.

What can I do, to hear the sound ??
