[vlc] Safari Issue

Hello,

the VLC plugin should be installed to /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ aka  
in the global library folder. Installing it to a user's library folder  
will not work.

Please note that the usage of VLC's plugin for the Mac is restricted  
to websites which exclusively require the VLC plugin. It will not work  
as an replacement for QuickTime's or RealPlayer's plugin. We currently  
do it this way due to the lack of a user interface.
