[vlc] Window resizing while playing a dvd

In the recent versions 1.0 to 1.0.6, the playback window re-sizes to a 
smaller size during dvd playback.  When I sized the window, it was big, 
and not fullscreen.  Then when the dvd gets to a new chapter, it 
re-sizes smaller.  This should not happen.  The size that the user picks 
should be preserved, don't you think?
