[vlc] VLC media player 1.1.2

    Dear VLC developers: I tested your newest release and noticed that the program is having problems playing *.avi files that are 'Star Trek' original series ripped from the Blu Ray disk. On the older release VLC player 1.0.5, playback is excellent. The new release 1.1.2 has shadows and ghosting. There is an annoying glitch or vibrating or shaking horizontal bar displayed at the very bottom of the Star Trek episodes. Stephen Michael at sm68kf28 at yahoo.com.sg
