[vlc] crop does not work

Hi! 
thx for good player,
but where is one problem: crop does not work
extended settings -> video effects -> crop: increase from 0 to other values has no effect. This problem take a place in  1.1.5 and older releases. 
This is important options because some iptv-channels have a provider-based bugs on the frame border.

Please fix crop-problem...
