[vlc] Changing the position of the subtitles...

I can't believe that with your program, we cannot move the subtitles
posititon. That's amazing stupid and so amberasing for the creators of the
program...
Im shocked by the lack of professionalism in making of VLC !!!
I do hope in the name of every good program creators, for you to realize,
that this program VLC, need updates, and it's emergency ;)
Any way, the program is good and simple, but there are critical mistakes in
the making of it
