[vlc] what exactly platform of vlc nightly building on

Dear vlc at videolan.org,

I found a vlc nightly build at
http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/wince/latest . I learned this package is
for intel xscale, but I test it on several PDAs with PXA270 and Windows
Mobile v5 or v6, the vlc failed, even without any screen, so failed at
loading process without any prompting.
Do you know what exactly platform of the nightly wince vlc building on? Is
there any doc for it?
