[vlc] Dear VLC, I've found a bug.

Dear VLC,

I noticed a bug, I download FLV video files from youtube, using "real player" recorder.

It's fine when I play it on "real video player", and I can shift or slide the time bar to any point time in the video.

However, on VLC, I can't slide the time bar to any point in time, it goes straight to the start of the video every time I touch the
time bar.
