[vlc] VLC 1.1.1 can't read DVD that 1.0.5 can

Hello,
  I find that VLC 1.1.1 can't read any of the five DVDs of "Ugly Betty: The complete second season"  and VLC 1.0.5 has no problem reading these DVDS.  These are North America region code DVDs.  They are original disks, not copies.  Made by ABC Studios DVD, stock #56368.


  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get rid of the big cone logo from the middle of the screen in version 1.1.1.
