[vlc] browser plugin for openSUSE

I just found out that the 11.3 repo (only?) already _does_ have the
new vlc-mozillaplugin package.
Still didn't find it in/for openSUSE 11.1, so those machines will stay,
for now, on VLC v1.0.6, with the plugin of that version.

But at least the new 11.3 machines can make use of release 1.1.1 now,
