[vlc] Re Audio DSP Plug-in for VLC Media Player

Dear Sir/Madam:

After trying many players I have settled on VLCwhich is very good. Unfortunately the audio needs to be boosted a bit. Is there a plug-in recommended by you and how to download the same and install?.
