[vlc] playback speed

THANK YOU FOR PLAYBACK SPEED CONTROLS!!!  I can almost completely switch
from Microsoft's product now!

 

How do I set the playback speed for the entire album?  It appears the 1.0.5
version resets the playback speed to 1 for every track.
