[vlc] VLC for Android phones

That would require almost separate version for each player, engaging  
different CPUs and DSPs in phones. And the very phones given to developers  
for debugging on real hardware.

Maybe they are too complex for phone's weak CPU  o handle ?
Or maybe there are stand-alone odec pacjages for Android ? try searching  
for mere codecs.
