[vlc] A question about controls window

Hello.

I'm using the VLC Media Player 1.0.5 and I'm very happy with it. 
However, there is one thing I'd like to change but I don't really know how. 
I use default skin, controls in video window are enabled. 
Is there any way to make the basic controls window disappear after loading video file?
Controls in video window are more convenient for me and suit all my needs during watching a movie.

The system is MacOS X 10.6.3.
