[vlc] Equalizer

I use VLC and i love it. I only see one disadvantage which is the eq. The
bands isn't very useful. A ten band eq should have following bands:
31,25Hz62,5Hz 125Hz250Hz500Hz1kHz2kHz4kHz8kHz16kHzIt's the octave bands
that is the most used. An alternative would be to make it possible to
install a vst plugin in VLC. It would as far as i know be the first media
player with that option.
