[vlc] Update the player/few different format of OGG file

 Hello there,

I was trying to update my VLC player, what is the right way to update the player, I did download the update file and unable to update the player... in step by step...

and also

some of OGG files was not able to read,  did you aware of few different formats in OGG files?
