[vlc] Video Stream Debugging

Jean-Baptiste, 

 I have a video streamer (not VLC) that is sending MPEG2-TS to VLC, and I
am seeing frequent errors about audio/video out of sync on VLC. Is there a
way I could send you a short section of the stream as captured in Wireshark
and have you look at it? I am hoping it's a simple problem with the stream
that can be fixed, but I'm not sure where to post the capture. Thanks!
