[vlc] Win 98 compatabability

Folks,
I run your program for XP on my main computer and am extremely pleased with
it.
However, I also run an old laptop on Win98SE, and have been trying to
download an older compatable version for it.
On your own site the link to the Win98 version seems to be broken, so I have
tried downloading Version 0.8.6 from two different sites.
When I try to install I get an error message "Error loading Unicows.dll" and
the installation stops at that point.
Can you help?
