[vlc] Docs and Tutorials for VLC for windows.

Excellent program. But need more documentation and tutorials. Have been digging my way into the program to finally get to how to set and operate it. Mostly capturing DVD frames so far.

Where do I look for the most detailed docs?

Also if I upgrade from 1.0.5 to 1.10 pre 3, do I have to delete 1.0.5 or just install over it?
