[vlc] comment re; VLC 1.1.0 pre3

Dear VLC Team,

 

This note is to make you aware that VLC (1.1.0 pre3) no longer plays
*Archived,  *ISO,  and *Archived-ISO files. Without these capabilities your
great VLC Client is certainly less great.
