Wishlist: User Editing & Rating

Feature request: ability to time stamp film.

intention: to 'edit' film for another audience,

example: edit 15 film for 12A in UK

Explanation: many films we wish to watch at home as a family contain  
short sequences that are unsuitable for some members of the family.

if adopted I would hope that the timestamps could be shared on a  
public website, to achieve some concordance, and perhaps save some   
repeated labour.
