[vlc] Crashes with streams on vlc for windows.

Hmm!
This dialog is pritty inaccessible with my screenreader as i am a blind 
user.
I guess i have to mail the screenreader devs to talk to them about it.
However can you jump forward and backward in the stream?
I can't do that with the hotkeys defined.
