[vlc] VLC media player 1.0.6

Hello,
  I was wanting to know, if this version could be compiled and posted for Windows users. I have it working beautifully on my Linux system but have no way to compile for XP or Vista. I  know this is not current but all versions that I've loaded, 1.1 and above, contain the "closing the player with the X" bug. Currently I'm using the vulnerable version 1.05 to avoid this bug. While I'm sure this is being addressed for future versions, I would think compiling 1.06 might be an interim solution to both problems. Thank you for your considerations.
