[vlc] autoupdater should not hide itself

year, why some people trying to make windows unified repo's like  
AppUpdater, other wanna clone yet-another-udater in each new app.

i guess at least freeware devels could at last agree on some common  
updates checker/downloader/installer

BTW, do you make .pad files ?
