[vlc] Like to help translate VLC to Norwegian (Bokmål)

Hi, first of all thanks for a great media player!

At the moment VLC Media Player has Norwegian (Nynorsk) translation but not
Norwegian (Bokmål) translation.

Bokmål is more common than nynorsk in Norway.

If you like I could help translate VLC Media Player to Norwegian.
