[vlc] jitter compensation

Hi,

I would like to compensate the network jitter with the buffer time parameter
on the client of a streaming with rtsp.
I've seen that the default value is 1200 ms for rtsp.

I would like to know what jitter value this may be compensate.

any idea ?
