[vlc] "fit to screen" on MAC OS X

Hi,

I am using VLC Media Player on Mac OS X and there are two issues with the
"fit to screen" option.

1. It seem to be impossible to change the hot key for the "fit to screen"
option.
2. Also, once the mode is set, it does not keep the setting for the next
played video. Can not this setting be remembered?
