[vlc] doesn't work well with .rmvb files

Hi there,
 I have been trying to run vlc 1.1.4 on .rmvb files and most of the
times it runs patchy, I have tried over 20 odd .rmvb files but no
improvement. Instead if it is .avi or .wmv or any other format they
work smoothly. I don't know if this error or issue has been reported
or not. If reported, a link to the bug report/ticket no. would be
cool.

Looking forward to some answers on the same. Please CC me the answer
as I have disabled the mailing list delivery.
