[vlc] Dear VLC, bug in VLC.

Dear VLC,
 
I have VLC on WIndows 7 and a fully updated Windows XP (updated as of the twentieth of April).
 
I can certainly play mov files, H264 full HD 1080x1920 files on the latest VLC player on Windows 7.
 
But when I try it on Windows XP, VLC plays the video for the first 3 seconds, and the video freezes.
Only audio can be heard, the video freezes after 3 seconds. Why's that?
