[vlc] Get the played time of a video from the command line

Hello,

I open a video in VLC normaly. Is it possible to get the played time of
this video, using the command line? I would need something like "10 /
100" where "100" is the length of the video in seconds and "10" is the
actual position.
I need the command line cause I want to use this data in my own program.
In the help I couldn't find a command line option for that.
