[vlc] Again the same question.

Hi!
Ok i have the same question that i never got an answer for.
So i am asking this again.
The following link  is a radio show from the swedish radio which can be 
played under 30 days.

This can be opened  without no problem in vlc but i can't fast forward 
and backward with the hotkeys assined.
I can however fast forward and backwards with the menu commands.
Why doesn't the hotkeys work when they work fine in videos and mp3-s.
Or is this something not worth answering?
I have asked this before and never seen any answers.
