Try this:  <rtsp://94.23.209.144/29097660> rtsp://94.23.209.144/29097660

The stream always will be opened in two windows at the time and not be
played properly.

 

On earlier versions of vlc I could switch between languages in 2-channel
sound, now it's impossible.
