[vlc] Fake VLC Player Spreads Malware!

Not the first time.  I've seen these Fake VLC players on and off for a 
while.  Half of them spread malware the other half charge to use the 
real thing (and they can technically do that so long as they mention the 
actual creators/copy-write owners).
