[vlc] VLC cone icon

I'm pretty sure it does the picture thing for all files however you have 
to have use thumbnails not icons.  Icons will always show up as the 
cone.  You also have to make sure thumbnails are enabled (this is the 
default behavior and you probably don't have to worry about it).
