[vlc] a bug in windows 7u sp1 (vlc ver 1.1.11 the lugagge of course)

at the add to the context menu from vlc the "Add to VLC media player's Playlist" is making the same mission from "Play with VLC media player". (with m3u(mp3) files) 
we are waiting for the fixed new version.
