[vlc] using vlc with display 2

1. I want to run vlc with pictures (fullscreen) on display 2 and all 

controlls on display 1, even OSD. Is this possible?

2. I have a problem, when changing synchronisation (advance of audio over 

video). Adjustments are lost after play a new title in the playlist. Is it 

possible to have constant adjustments?
