[vlc] VLC 1.1.7 on Windows XP has problem reading file

It may be that HandBrake made an error encoding it, and that vlc is 
sensitive to that error; but the problem would still be that error.  I 
encountered coding problems with HandBrake 0.9.4 which are fixed in 0.9.5, 
so if you're using an earlier version, try the current one and see if that 
fixes the difficulty.
