[vlc] VLC 1.1.7 on Windows XP has problem reading file

VLC 1.1.7 on Windows XP fails to correctly play attached file
(central.mkv). Near the middle of file it outputs garbage and reports
4 lost frames. Windows Media Player plays this file without problems.
This file was encoded using Handbrake which uses x264. Interesting
thing is, that VLC plays the exact same file in m4v container, so
maybe there is some bug with MKV handling.
