[vlc] Fullscreen Question

Hi
I tired logging on to the forum but it didn't let me so I will try to ask
here.
I have a 16:9 projector screen native resolution is 1280x720 and I have
a motorised projector screen (16:9). That is my secondary monitor my primary
is 1680x1050
my computer components are
i7 2.8 860
8gb ram 1600
6x 1tb hhds
gtx 275
750w psu
onboard sound
Windows 7 ulimate 64bit

What I want to do is when I go to fullscreen for the video to not be centred
but start from the top of the screen down so I can pull the screen up
when I watch a movie that is say 2.35 so I dont have white bars around my
image.
