[vlc] Advice Please

Hi,

 

I have been using VLC player for over 4 years and am very happy with it.

However, 2 days ago my V 1.1.4, suddenly lost all audio.

I have tried everything my limited knowledge allows and I have checked
through all your "Help" areas

but cannot find a solution.

My system and speakers are OK.

I uninstalled v 1.1.4 and then reinstalled v 1.1.7 today  05 March.

Everything appears, as before, but still no sound.

Tried Audio "disable" and "track 1", no difference.

 

Could you assist, please.
