[vlc] Start-time parameter for vlc

The following command line has worked well for me (whit Windows Vista):
"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" "C:\Users\___\Desktop\Nueva
carpeta\video 1.avi" :start-time=12 --stop-time=20
"C:\Users\robertocm\Desktop\Nueva carpeta\video 2.avi" vlc://quit
