[vlc] VLC Mac OS X - Hotkey Support broken

Hi,

Sorry  I dont know where to send this Bug information.... on Mac OS X the Hotkey Support is broken (since months).

If you go to Preferences > All > Interface > Hotkey settings :

you dont see the default hotkeys, and you are not able to add or change anything.

I used to set some more jump commands (medium and short jumps) but this is not possible with the actual versions.
