[vlc] Dear VLC (playing HD and Full HD H264 video files on Atom CPUs)

Dear VLC,

I like VLC alot. And use it all the time. However, when I use my 10 inch laptops,
n455 atom and n555 (dual core) atom; they can't play h264 720x1280 or
h264 1080x1920 videos. It is like one framerate per second.
I'd say the CPU's are too slow to play the HD and
Full HD Video bitrates. I sure wish that VLC player could play these high bitrate
and Full HD/HD videos simplified(ly), for slower CPUs?

I can play these HD and Full HD videos on my 15.6 inch dual core laptop no problems
though.

I sure like using the ten inch laptops whilst travelling very compact and light.
