[vlc] FORUM Error 403: Forbidden

That's nothing but a Windows virus.

How about trying http://hidemyass.com

Do everything in Ubuntu, you'll get nothing in Windows except viruses;
besides that might be the reason why you're banned, cause you Windows PC is
crawling through forums spreading Spam (that's how they generate that much
of quantity).

Also what kind of error? Can you give me a screenshot?
