[vlc] Is possible to run VoD over UDP with VLC?

Gracias Luis.

Estoy realizando emisiones multicast usando http, udp y rtsp, ahora necesito hacer emisiones de video por demanda (VoD) en los mismos protocolos.
Para http lo hago mediante un servidor como apache y para rtsp uso live555, sin embargo para udp no he encontrado la forma de hacerlo.
¿De qué forma lo puedo hacer con el vlc y qué diferencias tiene con el VoD que conocemos?

Yes it is possible, but normaly but in this case no apperar the necessary control Play Forward and Rewind for VoD. 
  
Is for this causes that you need to use RTSP/UDP.

I have made streaming with UDP but I don't know if I can do the same for VoD
