[vlc] Video streaming to 100 users inside lan

As Luis addressed, 100 users are a lot. Consider the possibility to
MULTICAST your video on your LAN. That's even easier for you since you are
on a LAN.
In Multicast only one stream shall be sent on the LAN, while an undefinite
number of clients can play it [1].

Be careful because some routers does not support multicast (if you have
routers on your LAN...)
