videolan-howto.sgml : 

* I finished the VideoLAN HOWTO. Please, read-it and report errors and
spelling mistakes to <alexis at videolan.org> and <marcari at videolan.org>

* The HTML version is already available on
http://www.videolan.org/network/doc/videolan-howto.html (updated
automatically every 10 minutes from the CVS) but there are no links to
it for the moment. It will be announced this evening to let the time to
some people to read it before.

videolan-quickstart.sgml : 

* Introduction modified

* Fixed the error of Type = "brodcast" and "multicast" missing in
vls.cfg (I am very surprised that nobody noticed this error before...!!!)

* Option TTL in vls.cfg added and explained.

* no need to specify port 1234 when starting vlms, it is the default port.
