[vlma] VLMa 0.3.x - Can't specify UDP stream output port

Hi,
I tested your nightly build of VLMa from 20110318, and I'm really glad to
see that you added ability to manualy set the stream output (or destination)
address at the 'Streaming' section. But if I enter IP address with the port
number at the end (eg: 239.192.2.100:5000) I get the form validation message
'Unknown Host'. Could you please create additional form field for specifing
PORT Number at which the VLC instace should stream the output, or allow
appending the port number at the end of the IP address?

Btw, I work for IPTV company and we plan to use VLMa for managing many vlc
instances which are used for transcoding and streaming purposes. Thank you
for your great work, and also if you need any kind of help with project
development or documentation writing I'm willing to help out.
