A very dark reason have made Benny and I split the channel from the
output, I don't remember exactly which one.

At the moment the outputs are channel-specific so the corresponding
code is in the corresponding channel module. Outputs will be in
specific modules once it's useful (It's a little bit harder to make
C_Output "module-compliant" than C_Channel ;-)

Next steps of modularization:
  - MpegReader (file and DVD);
  - MpegConverter.
